Technical draft. These terms cover use of the scavapro.com website and the interest form. The agreement that governs paying customers (service levels, billing, data ownership, liability) will be a separate document reviewed by counsel before it is used.

1. Who we are

scavapro.com is operated by Scava Global LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("SCAVA", "we"). SCAVA is pool service management software.

2. Using this website

You may browse the site and send the "Get started" form to ask about SCAVA. You agree not to submit false contact details, use automated tools to submit the form, or attempt to access parts of the site or the SCAVA application that are not made available to you.

3. The interest form

Sending the form does not create an account, does not start a subscription, and does not commit either of us to anything. It tells us you'd like to talk. We'll reply when we can; we don't promise a response time.

4. Accounts and the SCAVA application

Access to the SCAVA application is provided under a separate customer agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide the application on particular terms or at a particular price.

5. Content and trademarks

The text, design and images on this site belong to Scava Global LLC. Screens shown are illustrative and may use demonstration data. "SCAVA" is a trademark of Scava Global LLC. You may not copy or reuse the site's content without permission.

6. No warranties

The website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and descriptions of the product may change as it evolves.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Scava Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
